Data Entry/Mail Claims Representative (Onsite)

What You Will Do

• Handle incoming emails and entering data via PC into Access Database to process payment or generate appropriate transactions to follow.
• Scanning, sorting, and sending incoming and outgoing mail.
• Pick up and drop off mail daily from the designated mail pick-up area within the building.
• Perform various duties with a high degree of accuracy across diverse workstation assignments based on department need, including other duties as required.

What You Can Bring

• A High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
• A minimum typing requirement of 50 wpm with excellent alpha and numerical recognition skills.
• The ability to lift heavy cartons up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to operate standard office equipment and various software packages required by the department.
• The ability to understand and apply a variety of oral and written instructions and demonstrate initiative.
• Proficient communication skills including proper grammar, word usage, and punctuation in writing and verbally.
