Tripleseat Data Entry & Event Migration Specialist (TEMPORARY)Job Location: 750 N Orleans St, Chicago, IL 60654Job Duration: 4-6 weeks The Tripleseat Data Entry & Event Migration Specialist will play a critical role in supporting Gibsons Restaurant Group's transition from Reserve to Tripleseat. This position is responsible for ensuring event information is accurately migrated, verified, and organized within the new system. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, and takes pride in ensuring every event is complete and accurate. Their work will directly support a smooth and successful transition and ensuring all customer information, event details, menus, BEOs, and supporting documents are properly migrated and organized. Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Gibsons Restaurant Group’s philosophy, which is based upon four distinct core beliefs: Hospitality, Quality, Value and Family. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Event VerificationCompare event information between the Reserve calendar and the Tripleseat calendar to ensure all events have migrated successfully.Verify that all event details are accurate, including:Event nameDate and timeCustomer contact informationGuest countRoom assignmentEvent typeBilling informationNotes and special requestsDeposit and payment informationIdentify discrepancies and communicate any issues requiring correction. Event Data EntryEnter and update event information in Tripleseat.Input menus and package selections into each event.Ensure all event details are complete and accurately reflect the original booking.Maintain consistency in formatting and data entry standards. Document ManagementExport Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) from Reserve.Upload BEOs to the corresponding Tripleseat event.Organize event documentation to ensure files are easily accessible.Verify that all required documents have been successfully attached. Historical Event MigrationComplete all current and future events first.Once future events are complete, migrate historical event documentation beginning with January 2026.Maintain an organized workflow to ensure no events or documents are missed. Quality AssurancePerform detailed quality checks throughout the migration process.Confirm all required information has been entered accurately before events are finalized.Maintain tracking logs to monitor completed, pending, and outstanding events.Escalate data inconsistencies or system issues promptly.May perform other duties as assigned Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience:Previous administrative, data entry, hospitality, or event coordination experience preferred.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and time management skills.Comfortable working with multiple software systems simultaneously.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.Experience with CRM or event management software (Tripleseat, Reserve, or similar platforms is a plus).Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
