Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records
- Manage digital and physical files
- Ensure data integrity
- Run databases and present information to the team
- Help make decisions in the group
- Do safety training
- General purchasing
- Help with basic HR items
Requirements
- Minimal education: High school diploma
- Three (3) years distribution experience considered
- Experience in purchasing and coordinating events
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives
- Detail oriented
- Ability to maintain composure during high-stress situations
- Strong planning/time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills, including listening and offering positive and constructive feedback
- Help with administration of safety and security
- Other related activities as applicable
Qualifications
Starting Wage: $15-18.50 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: Part-time, 32 hours per week (4 days)
