About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Screen Printing Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing screen printing projects from start to finish, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards and client specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of screen printing techniques, be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Set up and prepare screen printing equipment according to project specifications.Mix inks and ensure color accuracy to match client requirements.Operate manual and automated screen printing machines efficiently and safely.Inspect printed products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment to minimize downtime.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure client specifications are met.Document production details and report any issues or discrepancies.Assist in inventory management, including the ordering and stock of supplies.Continuously seek opportunities to improve printing processes and quality standards.
