Data Entry Clerk

Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support building products, customer service, sales, order coordination, product support, vendors, and project operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and update customer, product, order, quote, vendor, project, and service records using approved forms, spreadsheets, customer requests, and internal systems.
• Review entries for missing fields, duplicate records, formatting issues, and obvious inconsistencies before finalizing work.
• Update existing records and make approved corrections while preserving a clear record of changes across product, order, and customer operations.
• Maintain organized digital files following naming, version-control, and record-retention procedures.
• Complete assigned data-entry queues within established productivity and accuracy targets.
• Protect customer and company information; escalate unclear source data instead of guessing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior data-entry or office experience is helpful but not required.
• Accurate keyboarding skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, online forms, shared files, and database-style systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during repetitive, high-volume work.
• Reliable written communication and ability to follow detailed instructions independently.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure home workspace.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Pay

$42,500 - $49,500 per year
