Details: Job Description Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for a Data Entry Clerk in Parma, ID 83660 Responsibilities: Data entry operator for global residue database. Education: High School diploma or equivalency acceptable. Key Skill: 2 years data entry experience. Experience with excel/access spreadsheets Ability to work with Internet applications. Very good organizational skills. Detailed oriented. o Ability to work independently. Double checks/confirms data entry values. 2 solid years of working with computer applications such as Microsoft office. Preference will be given to candidate with Agricultural experience and/or chemistry Job Requirements Details: Duties: Enter data into the data base and compare data with source documents. Receives residue reports and other chemistry information from various format (hard copy/e-copy) for preparation and entry into the data base. Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered. Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors. Maintain logs of activities and completed work. Store completed documents in appropriate locations.A global residue data entry operator works under the guidance of a senior professional, assisting in the review and periodic update of data entry procedure manuals and performing computer data entry tasks.
