About the Role

The Data Entry Clerk focuses on clerical accuracy, data validation, and documentation to support travel operations. Work must be traceable, with unresolved items assigned owners and errors surfaced before causing downstream rework.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data entry with dashboard reporting, ensuring visible source, owner, status, and next action for each checkpoint.
• Review and update role documentation with status tracking for all data entry tasks.
• Document data validation and manage deadlines to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all data entry activities.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management to ensure data integrity.
• Apply data accuracy while tracking evidence and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
• Exercise judgment in follow-ups, especially when data entry depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Ensure remote completion of tasks through secure, traceable, and well-documented handoffs to authorized teammates.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, entry-level position. 100% remote within the United States.
