Responsibilities
- Enter and update numeric and text-based information in internal databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Review records for completeness, identify discrepancies, and correct errors before final submission.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to organize, track, and maintain documentation related to daily workflows.
- Support project activities tied to a system implementation by preparing and validating data records.
- Manage information in an efficient manner while meeting deadlines during the 6–8-week assignment.
- Cook up with onsite team members to ensure materials, records, and data are aligned with operational needs.
- Aid with inventory or logistics-related data tasks when needed to support the broader team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a closely related administrative support role.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail, especially when working with high-volume numeric data.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to type efficiently and enter data consistently with minimal errors.
- Availability to start immediately for a short-term Contract assignment.
- Inventory or logistics experience is helpful, though not required.
