Data Entry Clerk

Jewelry Store Marketers is hiring a Data Entry Clerk to support digital marketing for jewelry retailers, including social media, content, paid media, SEO, client service, and campaign reporting. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and update client, campaign, audience, content, lead, and performance records using approved forms, spreadsheets, customer requests, and internal systems.
• Review entries for missing fields, duplicate records, formatting issues, and obvious inconsistencies before finalizing work.
• Update existing records and make approved corrections while preserving a clear record of changes across jewelry-retail marketing campaigns.
• Maintain organized digital files and follow naming, version-control, and record-retention procedures.
• Complete assigned data-entry queues within established productivity and accuracy targets.
• Protect customer and company information and escalate unclear source data instead of guessing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior data-entry or office experience is helpful but not required.
• Accurate keyboarding skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, online forms, shared files, and database-style systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during repetitive, high-volume work.
• Reliable written communication and the ability to follow detailed instructions independently.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure home workspace.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$42,500 - $49,000 per year
