About The Role

CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring a Data Entry Clerk to support accurate data maintenance, record updates, documentation quality, and structured remote operations. This role is important for keeping internal information organized, reliable, and ready for business use.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records across internal systems, spreadsheets, and workflow tools.
  • Review submitted information for completeness, formatting, duplicate records, and basic consistency.
  • Organize digital files and maintain documentation according to internal process standards.
  • Communicate task status, missing information, and exceptions clearly with team leads.
  • Protect customer, applicant, business, and operational information with strict confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and reliability.
  • Ability to work remotely with ownership and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a structured company environment.
  • Ability to manage documentation, records, systems, or operational tasks accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to follow established processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting remote teams or documentation-heavy workflows.
  • Comfort using common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems depending on role.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy across recurring tasks and internal systems.

Work Environment

Remote role for candidates located in the United States. Full-time or part-time classification is shown in the job details. Individual contributor or coordination-based responsibilities depending on role. Role-specific access, systems, and training are provided according to business requirements.
