About The Role

CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring a Data Entry Clerk to support internal records, customer information updates, and operational data workflows in a remote environment. This is a United States remote position with structured expectations for communication, documentation, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support daily workflows connected to the role with accuracy, consistency, and clear documentation.
• Maintain records, documentation, task trackers, and internal system updates.
• Cook with team members through clear written communication and timely follow-up.
• Review assigned work for completeness, quality, formatting, and accuracy.
• Follow remote-work procedures, protect confidential information, and document work clearly.

Required Qualifications

• Some experience, coursework, training, or strong interest related to the responsibilities of this role.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and written communication.
• Able to follow documented procedures and maintain clean internal records.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, email, scheduling tools, and internal systems.
• Reliable remote-work habits and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with remote administrative workflows.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, document review, and structured records.
• Able to maintain accuracy while working independently.

Compensation And Work Environment

The salary range for this role is $42,000 – $58,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and business needs. This role is remote within the United States.
