Schedule
Must be available to support catastrophe (CAT) response operations, including schedules between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, up to 7 days per week as business needs require.

Responsibilities
- Process claim intake information accurately and efficiently
- Enter large volumes of data into company systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Provide professional customer service support to claimants and internal teams
- Review documentation for completeness and escalate issues when necessary
- Support catastrophe response operations by managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
