As a key support member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data, which is crucial to our operations as a leading closed-end fixed-income fund.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data within our company databases and computer systems.
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and resolve any discrepancies.
• Organise and sort information according to established procedures to ensure data is easily accessible.
• Prepare source documents for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
• Generate reports and retrieve data for team members as requested.
• Adhere to data integrity and security policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy with an exceptional level of attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with database management systems.
• Superb organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage your workload effectively.
• Excellent written communication skills and a high level of grammar.
• The ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote setting.
