Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain customer records with accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional manner.
- Schedule CPR and First Aid training classes and manage appointment calendars.
- Process registrations, payments, and issue course confirmations.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
- Support instructors and management with daily administrative tasks.
- Monitor office email and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Perform general clerical duties, including scanning, copying, and document preparation.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong typing and data entry accuracy are required.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is important.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively is required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using CRM or scheduling software is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures is preferred.
- Professional phone etiquette is preferred.
- A strong attention to detail and time management are preferred.
