For more information, visit www.martinsupply.com. Summary: As a Data Coordinator, you will manage and maintain data related to procurement and pricing strategies. Your responsibilities include collecting and analyzing pricing data, updating pricing databases, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of purchasing information. You will collaborate with the purchasing team to track supplier performance, monitor market trends, and support pricing decisions. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with data management and ERP software are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Suppliers to ensure accuracy of supplier costUpdate supplier price files within the systemWork with Purchasing to eliminate supplier cost discrepancies on purchase ordersCommunicate cost changes to all impacted parties Create reports of pending pricing changesImporting and exporting data into our ERP systemAnalyze line performance, supplier pricing, impact analysis, and competitive bids Requirements Bachelor’s degree or experience in related field preferredStrong Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong mathematical and analytical skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to function in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt rapidly to changing prioritiesMaintains a high degree of professionalismDemonstrates a high commitment to quality What Makes Martin Different As a family-owned business, we prioritize our employees' well-being and understand the importance of work-life balance.
