What You’ll Need
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- An Associate Degree is a bonus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of wind turbines and wind farm operations.
- Previous turbine or wind industry experience is preferred, but not required.
- Comfort using computers, databases, and common office software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to enter information accurately.
- Dependability, organization, and the ability to manage recurring tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and customer contacts.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and follow established processes.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple site teams.

What You’ll Do
- Review information for accuracy and completeness before entering it into customer systems.
- Prioritize tasks and meet routine data-entry deadlines.
- Communicate with site personnel to resolve missing or inconsistent information.
- Follow customer requirements, company procedures, and data confidentiality standards.
- Provide dependable administrative and database support for both wind farm locations.
