Data Conversion Analyst

Responsibilities

• Providing consultation to clients before, during, and after conversion, including guidance on proper system usage.
• Serving as a liaison between clients and Portico’s delivery teams, ensuring smooth transition to Client Services.
• Supporting clients during Portico Go-Live, managing teller and lending operations throughout the live week.
• Managing outstanding issues as credit unions transition from Delivery teams to Client Services.
• Communicating progress and potential risks to management for awareness and resolution.
• Maintaining tools that support the efficiency and effectiveness of the conversion process.
• Applying standard project management principles to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Supporting multiple concurrent projects.
• Supporting Fiserv’s mission by delivering outstanding service, support, and implementation of integrated technology and service solutions to internal and external clients.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the financial industry is preferred.
• Flexibility to work after hours, on-call, and weekends during go-live events is needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate Range of Years Experience - Min: 5, Max: 8

Preferred Skills, Experience, And Education

• Experience with credit union products and services is highly preferred.
• Project management capabilities are valued.
• Experience with Excel or Access is a plus.
