We’re building a network of property-management professionals whose AppFolio data helps train and evaluate AI models.What this isWe pay $100+/hour for professionals to help us understand and evaluate real data from active AppFolio Property Manager accounts. Relevant data includes property and unit records, rent rolls, de-identified lease ledgers, transaction ledgers, T12 reports, maintenance work orders, vendor records, owner reports, and accounting exports.There are two ways to apply:Apply with a sample. Optionally upload one or two fully redacted samples you are authorized to share.Apply without a sample. Describe the data you can provide, and we’ll discuss collection and licensing after review.Who we’re looking forCurrent AppFolio account owner, administrator, property manager, bookkeeper, or authorized operatorPreference for accounts covering at least 50 units or multiple propertiesAccess to real, non-synthetic AppFolio dataOwnership of the data or written permission to license itProcessApply with a short description of your role and the data available.
