Data Contributor - AppFolio Property Manager

Responsibilities

We pay $100+/hour for professionals to help us understand and evaluate real data from active AppFolio Property Manager accounts. Relevant data includes property and unit records, rent rolls, de-identified lease ledgers, transaction ledgers, T12 reports, maintenance work orders, vendor records, owner reports, and accounting exports.

Requirements

• Current AppFolio account owner, administrator, property manager, bookkeeper, or authorized operator
• Preference for accounts covering at least 50 units or multiple properties
• Access to real, non-synthetic AppFolio data
• Ownership of the data or written permission to license it

Qualifications

A fully redacted sample is optional but recommended. Do not submit tenant identities, bank details, credentials, or unredacted lease information.
