Data Asset Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data changes and establish standards for data quality, security, and stewardship, ensuring compliance with business needs and governance rules.
• Implement governance processes for various data inputs to ensure that we make informed business decisions based on high-quality data.
• Collaborate with upstream data providers and downstream data users, including the Business Units Data Governance Council, to ensure that our data management practices align with business objectives.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Governance/Data Management, particularly concerning Data Quality.
• Strong business analysis skills and foundational knowledge of IT systems development.
• Proven leadership and communication skills for internal and external engagement.

Preferred

• Certifications in DAMA, TOGAF, or TDWI.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with retail store and/or merchandising data.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $85,000 - $122,200
