About the role

This position reports to the Director of Physician Compensation Data & Analytics, whose team is responsible for reporting on ambulatory performance and volume trending information related to Patient Access activities to ECU Health’s leadership team and clinical departments supporting business management across the practice. The analyst will maintain and recommend improvements to standard reports and ensure the integrity of the information provided. This role strives to continually improve the level of information available to Clinical Operations Leadership and should use advanced techniques to streamline and automate the reporting process.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance standard reports related to ambulatory performance and volume trending.
  • Ensure data integrity in reports provided to leadership and clinical departments.
  • Recommend improvements to reporting processes and tools.
  • Use advanced techniques to streamline and automate reporting (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Power Automate).
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations Leadership to improve available information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid understanding of access-related functions in a healthcare or clinical operations environment.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL reporting, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Outlook, and Power Automate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with EPIC, CoPilot, TOAD, Visual Studio, Fabric, Power Apps, Excel, and ECUBIC.

Pay

$62,115 - $80,000 per year. Salary offered may vary based on budget, UNC salary administration, and candidate qualifications.
