Data Center Technician II
What's the Job?
Serve as a primary resolver for hardware infrastructure issues within the data center environment. Perform hardware replacements, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance. Support and share knowledge of server hardware, networking, and storage devices with team members. Follow security protocols, including metal detection screening, and adhere to safety standards. Document work activities and manage priorities through a ticketing system to meet operational goals.

- Networking knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP (2+ years)
- Experience with server hardware and Linux operating systems (2+ years)
- Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs
