Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain large-scale GPU clusters and high-performance computing systems
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair GPU servers, networking equipment, and associated hardware
  • Perform hardware diagnostics and coordinate large-scale fiber optic connectivity
  • Execute precise hardware migrations and rack installations
  • Maintain data center infrastructure including power, cooling, and environmental systems
  • Perform routine maintenance on servers, storage systems, and networking equipment
  • Support optimal performance and availability of deployed systems
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and network connectivity issues
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
  • Document all work performed in accordance with company and industry standards

Required Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: 2+ years of experience in data center operations or hardware deployment, strong knowledge of server hardware, networking equipment, and data center infrastructure, experience with GPU systems, high-performance computing, or AI infrastructure preferred, proficiency with fiber optic installations and network cabling, understanding of power distribution, cooling systems, and environmental monitoring
  • Core Competencies: Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and documentation abilities, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces, availability during nights, weekends, or non-standard hours as needed
