Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in data centers.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep systems running efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT staff to ensure smooth operations and disaster recovery plans are in place.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data center operations or IT support.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of server and network infrastructure.
- Experience with data center automation tools.
