Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an integrated data center supply forecast based on growth targets
- Conduct and enhance portfolio reviews to keep teams aligned on supply status and required decisions
- Collaborate with technical and program management teams to synchronize readiness, installation plans, and chip supply
- Run scenario analyses to assess the impact of changes in delivery dates or supply targets and develop solutions to close gaps
- Strategize on long-lead resources to hold in inventory for increased operational flexibility
- Establish processes for new site delivery tracking and change management across departments
- Auxiliary in building a delivery planning system of record in partnership with the internal tooling team
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in supply or capacity planning or portfolio management for data centers or similar infrastructure
- Expertise in architecting and refining supply planning processes for continuous improvement
- Prior experience in redesigning large-scale delivery or deployment processes with measurable impact
- Comprehensive understanding of the data center buildout lifecycle from acquisition to deployment
- Experience building tools or models aimed at automating planning processes, ideally with AI integration
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address cross-functional opportunities and risks
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional partners to drive project outcomes
