About the role

We are seeking a Data Center Supply Chain Lead to join our Mission-Critical Data Center team. This team is growing rapidly and is working on some of the most exciting projects in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Lead supply chain planning, negotiations and execution for data center programs.
  • Work closely with Cost, Scheduling and Design / Engineering teams to provide certainty.
  • Track Purchase Orders and lead times vs budget, contract terms and forecasts.
  • Assist in developing mitigation strategy for all OFCI equipment.
  • Analyze project documents to identify potential risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide ongoing support to project teams throughout the project at all phases
  • Collaboration with site teams and client leads.
  • Support program wide efforts to reduce costs and increase cost certainty.
  • Act as a primary contact for data center clients, ensuring all objectives are achieved.
  • Travel to client site / office as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain with data centers.
  • Construction consultancy experience preferred.
  • Strong foundation in budgeting, financial reporting, estimating systems and software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible for U.S. employment authorization.
  • Must be able to travel as required.

Pay

Expected compensation range is between $140,000 - $200,000+ annually hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
