The Data Center Security Officer position at Securitas Security Services is a full-time role located in Mesa, AZ. The primary responsibilities include conflict resolution, de-escalation, identifying and reporting safety issues, ensuring post orders are followed, and completing assigned rounds. Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
• Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned site

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma, GED, or completion of the GED program within 6 months
• Above average computer and technology skills
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment
• Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
• AZ Guard Card required
• Previous data center experience required
