The Data Center Security Officer position at Securitas Security Services is a full-time role located in Buckeye, AZ. Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations
• Interact with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
• Ensure post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned site

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• A high school diploma, GED, or completion of the GED program within 6 months
• Above-average computer and technology skills
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills
• Calmness and professionalism in stressful situations
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment

Qualifications
