About the Role

Milestone Logistics Associates are responsible for safely moving parts into, out of, and around client Data Centers using a variety of technology and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team of logistics specialists, collaborating and operating independently as required
• Maintain strict inventory control and conduct accurate system transactions
• Ensure accurate and timely shipments and receipts
• Transport inventory by hand or using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) while adhering to all safety procedures and protocols
• Complete additional duties as assigned, prioritizing quality, safety, and efficiency
• Commit to excellence in contributing to overall Service Delivery

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of operations or material handling experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center environment
• Ability to work with instruction as part of a larger team
• Initiative to complete tasks independently
• Agility to manage changing workload priorities as directed
• Positive, respectful, and professional attitude
• Competency in workplace safety basics
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to be challenged and learn new skills
• Inventory control skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Proficiency with computers, iPads, iPhones, Windows, Apple (Mac and iPad), and peripheral devices
• Experience driving forklifts or electric pallet jacks

Physical Demands

• May require up to 25% travel
• May require extended periods on your feet
• May require miles of walking per day throughout the Warehouse and/or Data Center

Pay

Estimated Pay Range: $22.77 - $31.50 USD. Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
