About the role
We are seeking a Data Center Lease Analyst to support the administration, accuracy, and continuous improvement of our data center, real estate, and equipment lease portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Oversee lease data integrity, ensure ASC 842 compliance, and enhance reporting within our lease management system (CoStar).
- Partner closely with Accounting, Finance, and Operations to maintain high-quality lease data and strong internal controls.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of data center, real estate, network, and equipment leases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS16 standards.
- Abstract complex lease agreements, coordinate with Accounts Payable and Operations for expense approvals, and interact with landlords to resolve billing disputes or reconcile charges.
- Review variance reports to write narratives to internal stakeholders, perform desk audits of annual operating expense statements to ensure all expenses are consistent with the terms of the lease, document management of service orders, lease documents, and invoices, and drive continuous improvement across workflows, reporting, and operational practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of corporate lease administration experience.
- Strong understanding of ASC 842 and lease accounting principles.
- Proven ability to abstract lease agreements and amendments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in processing rent invoices and OpEx reconciliations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying gaps and driving solutions.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience with CoStar, Asana, and the Google suite.
Skills

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $109,000 to $145,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
