Data Center Installation Technician

About the role

We're hiring Data Center Installation Technicians to support the buildout of a large-scale hyperscale data center in the greater Charlotte area. If you have experience in construction, low-voltage, telecommunications, or cabling and want to grow your skills, this is a great opportunity to learn from industry experts and advance your career.

What You'll Do

• Pull and route fiber optic and low-voltage cabling
• Install cable trays, pathways, J-hooks, and support systems
• Build and install server racks
• Auxiliary tasks such as cable organization, labeling, and dressing
• Support fiber and copper terminations
• Follow project drawings and installation standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of construction, low-voltage, telecom, or cabling experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Comfortable working on ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Rock Hill, SC.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
