Essential Duties

  • Manage planning, execution and financial performance of your projects and ensure they align with client expectations and Russell's core values of Safety, Appreciating People, Client Centric, Integrity, Community and Innovation.
  • Develop and lead project management technical and schedule goals, procurement and contractual requirements and resource planning.
  • Ensure all project and contractual agreements are met and performed safely and professionally within established budgets and timeframes.
  • Adjust priorities and milestones based upon changing customer needs, resource availability and job requirements.
  • Manage and lead projects successfully through preconstruction, execution and closeout.
  • Identify project risks, potential issues and collaborate to bring successful resolution.
  • Build productive and successful relationships with project team members, trade partners and clients.
  • Proactively communicate challenges, risks and successes.
  • Manage project review with emphasis on financial forecasting.

Requirements

  • Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
  • Five years of increasing responsibility in project management and mission critical / electrical construction projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations, engineering, estimating, schedules and safety are required.
  • Excellent communication, organization and supervisory skills are essential.
  • Data Center experience required.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
