About the role
A day in the life of a Data Audit Associate at Samaritan's Purse involves:
- Maintaining personal relationship with Jesus Christ and being an effective witness to Him
- Supporting Innkeeper data quality initiatives within the OCC ministry area
- Auditing Innkeeper processes, creating and maintaining data records, and providing general support
- Maintaining Innkeeper processes for volunteer background checks and tracking of timely completion
- Collaborating with the team to create internal reporting audits and processes
- Responding to Innkeeper data reporting requests to support ministry data needs
- Testing and supporting MyOCC technology, including audit data for logistic purposes
- Working closely with the team to provide support on Innkeeper training documentation and implementation
- Assisting volunteer customer support through the MyOCC Help Desk
- Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements
Qualifications and experience required for the role include:
- A. A. or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- General knowledge and experience in working in CRM/database
- Attention to detail
- Strong ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products, including Excel
- Customer Service Experience preferred
