Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with ACPWB's core analytical platforms and compensation survey data sources
• Shadow client meetings and preparation sessions to build understanding of client-facing advisory work
• Assist in updating and maintaining standard methodology documentation for the Workforce Analytics practice
• Participate in internal team meetings and take structured notes for distribution to project teams
• Prepare internal reference documents and research summaries for use by engagement teams
• Contribute to the development of standard templates and analytical tools used by the Workforce Analytics team
• Contribute to peer review and proofreading of client deliverables before distribution

Qualifications

Required

• Genuine interest in professional services work and client advisory engagements
