About The Role The Associate Data Analyst at Brown and Caldwell plays a vital role in supporting data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. This position involves performing comprehensive data analytics, creating dashboards, generating reports, and supporting various projects through high-quality data solutions. The role requires proactive data collection from diverse internal and external sources, meticulous data cleaning, validation, and analysis to uncover insights that inform strategic initiatives. Working under general supervision, the Associate Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, finance, and operations to understand their data needs and translate these into actionable insights.
