Job Requirements
- Enter, update, and maintain confidential employee health records within the electronic employee health record system (e.g., Cority).
- Verify accuracy and completeness of health records and supporting documentation.
- Scan, index, upload, and organize medical records according to departmental standards.
- Maintain electronic and paper records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Perform routine audits to identify missing or incomplete documentation.
Work Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of administrative or data entry experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Experience working with electronic medical records or occupational health systems preferred.
- Experience with healthcare compliance or credentialing processes preferred.
