Job Description

Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency.

Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies.

Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency.

Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities.

Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness.

Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates.

Required Skill and Experience

• Hands-on experience in data engineering, governance and modernization with significant experience in large-scale data platform migrations.
• Strong expertise in Teradata, Snowflake and other cloud data platforms.
• Proven experience designing cloud-native data architecture on AWS.
• Strong exposure to data governance and drive governance across organizations.
