Data Annotation Team Supervisor - St. Louis
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Intro about company: "Enabled Intelligence Enabled Intelligence, Inc. provides extremely accurate, precise and secure data labeling and AI solutions..." etc. That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. The posting includes a paragraph about the company and mission, then "Data Annotation Supervisor At Enabled Intelligence we believe..." then responsibilities list.
We need sections: maybe "About the role" (description), "Responsibilities", "Required Qualifications And Skills", "Desired Qualifications And Skills", "Physical Requirements", "Background & Security Clearance", "Work Location". Also maybe "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule" if present. The posting does not mention benefits, pay, schedule specifics (except work schedule: Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday at the St. Louis Enabled Intelligence Office. Very occasional travel...). That's schedule info: Monday-Friday onsite. Could be considered schedule. Also maybe "Work Location" could be separate but not in list of allowed headings; we have only those headings. We could put location under "About the role" or maybe "Schedule". The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we must only use those headings. We can combine multiple pieces under appropriate headings.
We need to decide mapping:
- About the role: company description and role overview.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Requirements: maybe "Required Qualifications And Skills" and "Physical Requirements", "Background & Security Clearance". Could be under "Requirements". Or we could have separate "Qualifications" and "Skills". The allowed headings include Qualifications and Skills separate. So we could have:
Qualifications
for Required Qualifications And Skills (maybe split into required and desired). But we need to preserve all info. Could combine required and desired under Qualifications with sub-bullets? But we must not invent headings not allowed. We can have a single Qualifications section containing both required and desired, maybe using
to differentiate. Skills: maybe separate for skills like Microsoft Office, communication etc. But the posting lumps skills with qualifications. Could put under Skills. However we have also "Requirements" heading allowed. Could use Requirements for mandatory items (required qualifications, physical requirements, background check). Then Qualifications for desired qualifications? Or Skills for skills like Microsoft Office, communication. We need to avoid thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. So maybe we have three sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (which includes required, desired, skills, physical, background). But we must not omit any info. Could embed all under Qualifications. But we also have schedule info (Monday-Friday onsite). Could be under About the role or maybe under a Schedule section if we want to use that heading. Since schedule info is present, we could create a Schedule section with that detail. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine schedule into About the role or Qualifications. But we must include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. So if we create a Schedule section, we need to have specific content: "Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday at the St. Louis Enabled Intelligence Office. Very occasional travel to the Falls Church, VA headquarters office." That's specific. So we could create a Schedule section. Similarly Benefits, Pay: not present, so we must not create those sections. Thus we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Schedule. But we also have "Requirements" heading allowed; we could use Requirements instead of Qualifications. However we have both required and desired qualifications; we could put under Requirements (required) and maybe Qualifications (desired). But we want few sections. Let's decide: Use About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (covers required qualifications, physical, background), Skills (covers desired qualifications and skills like Microsoft Office, communication, etc.), Schedule (covers work schedule). That's four sections, each substantive. Check content: About the role: company description and role overview (first paragraphs up to "Data Annotation Supervisor At Enabled Intelligence we believe..."). Responsibilities: the bullet list after "Responsibilities". Need to convert to
- .
Requirements: includes "Required Qualifications And Skills" (the list of ability to take ownership, etc.) plus "Physical Requirements" and "Background & Security Clearance". Also maybe "Work Location"? But location could be in Schedule. We'll keep location in Schedule.
Skills: includes "Desired Qualifications And Skills" (previous supervisory experience, training entry level, neurodivergent, data annotation experience, govt programs). Also maybe "Strong experience with Microsoft Excell, PowerPoint and Word" is actually under Required Qualifications And Skills? Actually that line appears under Required Qualifications And Skills: "Strong experience with Microsoft Excell, PowerPoint and Word". So that's a skill, but it's in required. We could keep it under Requirements. But we already have Skills section for desired qualifications. Could move Microsoft Office to Skills as well. But we need to preserve all info; duplication not harmful if we keep it where it appears. Let's keep Microsoft Office under Requirements (since it's listed there). Skills section will contain desired qualifications.
Schedule: includes "Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday at the St. Louis Enabled Intelligence Office. Very occasional travel to the Falls Church, VA headquarters office."
We must not include boilerplate like "Enabled Intelligence offices in St. Louis, MO." That's location; we already have schedule includes location? Actually schedule includes location implicitly. Could also include location in About the role. But we can keep schedule as above.
