Data and Reporting Specialist
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Key sections:
- Position details: description of role, responsibilities.
- Specific Responsibilities Include: list.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and four year’s related experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: list.
- CUNY Title Overview: description of Academic Program Specialist (maybe not needed? It's a title overview but seems generic; could be considered part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's specific to the title but maybe we can include as part of About the role? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could combine About the role and Responsibilities? But we need headings for sections that have content.
We have Pay: Salary range $77,097.00-$85,556.00; commensurate with education and experience. Also mention benefits description.
Benefits: description of health plans, retirement, tuition waivers, paid time off, etc.
Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. Could be inferred? Not given. So we should not create Schedule section.
We also have "This position is fully grant-funded through June 30, 2028." That's substantive; could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "Funding". But we only have allowed headings list; we could put that under About the role.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with education and experience" in Pay section? The rule: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". So if we include Pay heading, we must have substantive content beyond just that phrase. The salary range is substantive; plus we can include that it's commensurate with education and experience? That phrase is filler but we can still include if we also have the range. The rule says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It doesn't forbid including filler text as part of content if there is also substantive info. Probably okay.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown.

Skills
Maybe we can extract skills from preferred qualifications: Experience developing data collection systems, streamlining tracking, training staff, extensive experience with data analysis, ability to interpret data and prepare reports, ability to develop user-friendly dashboards and data visualization tools, familiarity with CUNY data management systems (XenDirect, CUNYfirst, Brightspace, CUNY dashboards), proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Could be a separate Skills section. But we could also incorporate those into Preferred Qualifications. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications into one "Requirements" section? But we have headings list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could use Requirements for mandatory qualifications, Qualifications for preferred? Or we could use Qualifications for both required and preferred, and Skills for technical skills. Let's think. We have: - Required: Bachelor’s degree and four years related experience. - Preferred: Experience developing data collection systems, streamlining tracking, training staff; extensive experience with data analysis; ability to interpret data and prepare clear reports; ability to develop user-friendly dashboards and data visualization tools; familiarity with CUNY data management systems; proficiency with MS Office 365. We could make:Requirements
