Data and Analytics Ops Manager - Remote / USA

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile software development efforts as a Technical Leader
• Act as the primary contact for software development tasks with internal and external customers
• Monitor project activities to ensure timely completion and guide problem resolution
• Provide performance evaluations for team members while maintaining a hands-on role
• Assist in budget preparation and management for projects
• Define process improvements to enhance system reliability and performance
• Perform data visualizations and present findings to senior management

Requirements

• 6+ years of IT experience with strong software development background
• 3-4 years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining secure software
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Design Thinking principles
• AWS Certification and Big Data/Hadoop Certification required
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Pay

$117,860 – $200,360 annually
