Data and Analytics - Deal Advisory and Strategy

About the role

The position involves leading data engineering and analytics teams within a Deal Advisory and Strategy Analytics practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to Data Architects, Engineers, and Analysts
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop data products supporting organizational needs
• Design, test, and implement scalable data solutions, including data pipelines and visualizations
• Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of data capabilities
• Lead data initiatives, ensure reliable and scalable solutions, and foster team development to support data-driven decision-making in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience in data solution design and delivery, with five years managing data teams
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; Master’s or PhD preferred

Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Data Platform (Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI, Azure ML)
• Proficiency in Agile project management and cloud-native technologies
• Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and leading workshops
