Responsibilities

  • Aid in strategic planning
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance profitability
  • Perform competitor benchmarking to identify future revenue growth and operational efficiency opportunities
  • Prepare high-quality analytics, financial analysis, and modeling
  • Generate insightful and actionable recommendations for the Executive leadership team
  • Create business intelligence dashboards and key performance indicators to monitor progress on strategic goals
  • Conduct return on investment and cost-benefit analyses to assist in prioritizing development project budgets
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects to increase operational efficiency
  • Contribute to several concurrent projects and work effectively as part of a team or individually
  • Stay updated on industry trends, news, and events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Business or Economics with an emphasis in accounting or finance
  • Financial Services experience and interest in financial markets and investing
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work with urgency in a dynamic environment
  • Intellectually curious and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience with Business Intelligence dashboards and data visualizations is a plus

Benefits

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 to $90,000.
Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance.
Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
