About the role
SATAIR is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to join our Digital & Analytics Team in Herndon, VA. This role serves as the regional focal point in the US, championing the adoption of analytics and automation tools, fostering awareness, facilitating collaboration, and supporting the organization’s transformation towards a data-driven culture.
Responsibilities
- Regional Adoption Leadership (US Focal Point): 40% - Serve as the regional focal point in the US, championing the adoption of analytics and automation tools, fostering awareness, facilitating collaboration, and supporting the organization’s transformation towards a data-driven culture.
- Engage with functional teams to understand end-to-end processes, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement through data and emerging technologies.
- Design and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to quickly test, validate, and address critical business challenges.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and experimentation to uncover valuable business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Translate analysis into actionable outcomes by developing automated tools, visual dashboards, reports, or workflows that enhance productivity and business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
- 10% Domestic and International Travel involved.
- Authorized to work in the US.

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Robust coding abilities (Python).
- Experience in working with APIs, algorithms, and data structures (preferred).

Pay
$85,000 - 100,000/year. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on geographic differential. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
