Data Analytics project Manager

About the role

The Data Analytics Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing data analytics projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of data analytics, project management methodologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive projects to successful outcomes. This is a contract position located in Plano, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with data analysts, engineers, and other team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project issues and roadblocks effectively.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in data analytics or a related domain.
• Strong understanding of data analytics tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60 - $70. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K contributions, as well as PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by applicable state or localities where you reside or work.
