About the role
As a Data Analytics Manager, you will lead financial and resource planning by applying P&L, cash flow, and scenario modeling to drive critical business decisions and transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to align business priorities, develop business cases, and apply advanced analytics technologies such as SQL, Python, Databricks, and Alteryx. This role involves creating executive-ready reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, applying analytical frameworks like Lean and Six Sigma, and designing automated analytics workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial and resource planning using P&L, cash flow, and scenario/what-if modeling to drive business decisions and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to support workforce transformation and align business priorities.
- Develop business cases, troubleshoot and clean big data, reconcile discrepancies, and apply technologies including SQL, Python, Databricks, and Alteryx.
- Create executive-ready reports, presentations, and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools for senior leadership decision-making.
- Apply structured analytical frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) to identify bottlenecks, prioritize opportunities, and deliver insights that streamline operations.
- Design, implement, and validate automated analytics workflows, reporting processes, and models (including VBA and Databricks) to increase scalability and efficiency.
- Generate actionable financial and workforce insights, translate analyses into strategic recommendations, and guide data-informed decision-making across the enterprise.
Requirements
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a marketing/brand-related occupation. Position requires:
- 2 years of experience in P&L analysis, cash flow modeling, driver-based forecasting, scenario/what-if modeling, and workforce/resource planning.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, Prophix, Databricks, Python, SQL, and automation tools including VBA.
- Experience ingesting and joining multi-source data, leveraging big data tools (Alteryx/Databricks), performing data mining, anomaly detection, and reconciling variances.
- Automating analytics workflows, models, and reporting processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and reliability in partnership with business/technology teams.
- Generating actionable data insights, conducting workforce analytics, building business cases, and translating analyses into strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
- Developing executive-ready dashboards, KPI scorecards, and drill-downs in BI tools to support leadership decision-making.
- Applying and tailoring analytical frameworks to diagnose issues, prioritize initiatives, and drive data-informed decision-making with measurable outcomes.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position in the U.S. is $118,696 – $145,477 per year.
