About the role
Lead financial and resource planning by applying P&L, cash flow, and scenario/what-if modeling to drive critical business decisions, transformation initiatives, and opportunity identification. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to support workforce transformation and ensure alignment of business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop business cases, perform advanced big data troubleshooting and cleanup, reconcile data discrepancies, and apply technologies including SQL, Python, Databricks, and Alteryx to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Create executive-ready reports, presentations, and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools to inform senior leadership decision-making
- Apply structured analytical frameworks including Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile to identify bottlenecks, prioritize opportunities, and deliver insights that accelerate work and streamline operations
- Design, implement, and validate automated analytics workflows, reporting processes, and models including VBA and Databricks to increase scalability, efficiency, and consistency
- Generate actionable financial and workforce insights across multiple dimensions, translate analyses into strategic recommendations, and partner across the enterprise to guide data-informed decision-making
- May telecommute
Requirements
Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a marketing or brand-related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of experience in the following:
- P&L analysis, cash flow modeling, driver-based forecasting, scenario or what-if modeling, and workforce and resource planning
- Excel, MS Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, Prophix, Databricks, Python, SQL, and automation tools including VBA
- Ingesting and joining multi-source data, leveraging big data tools including Alteryx or Databricks, performing data mining and anomaly detection, reconciling variances, and generating insights
- Automating analytics workflows, models, and reporting processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and reliability in partnership with business and technology teams
- Generating actionable data insights, conducting workforce analytics, building business cases, and translating analyses into strategic recommendations for stakeholders and senior leadership
- Developing executive-ready dashboards, KPI scorecards, and drill-downs in BI tools to support leadership decision-making
- Applying and tailoring analytical frameworks to diagnose issues, prioritize initiatives, and drive data-informed decision-making with measurable outcomes
Pay
Annual salary range: $118,696.00 – $145,477.00 per year
