Data Analyst Location: New York City, NY | Chicago, IL | Dallas, TX | Atlanta, GA Experience: 1–5 years Salary: $65,000–$130,000 per year Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to analyze business data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong SQL and Excel skills and experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.Write SQL queries to extract and transform business data.Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.Analyze trends, patterns, KPIs, and business performance.Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements.Collaborate with business, product, finance, and technology teams.Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.Automate repetitive reporting and data analysis processes where possible. Required Qualifications 1–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development.Understanding of data visualization, reporting, and KPI analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred. Preferred Skills Experience with Power Query, DAX, or data modeling.Knowledge of Python or another programming language.Experience working with large datasets.Understanding of ETL processes and data warehouses.Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Snowflake. Compensation $65,000–$130,000 annually, depending on experience, location, technical skills, and overall qualifications.
