About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst specializing in Workforce Planning to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring optimal staffing levels and capacity planning for CenterWell Pharmacy’s operations. The primary objective is to develop and implement data-driven strategies that align workforce capacity with demand forecasts, thereby enhancing service levels, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency. You will be instrumental in building foundational data architecture, creating insightful dashboards, and partnering with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of workforce planning at CenterWell Pharmacy by establishing robust data systems and analytics frameworks from the ground up. Whether focusing on data engineering or business intelligence, your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver seamless pharmacy services and support sustainable growth. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or planning and forecasting functionsAdvanced SQL skills for writing, tuning, and debugging complex queries on large datasetsProven experience transforming operational data into actionable business insightsAbility to communicate technical findings effectively to non-technical stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business disciplineExperience with cloud data environments such as Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks (for Focus Area 1)Proficiency in Python programming (for Focus Area 1)Knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehouse design (for Focus Area 1)Advanced Power BI skills, or experience with Tableau/Looker (for Focus Area 2)Experience building KPI frameworks and root cause analysis (for Focus Area 2)Preferred: Workforce planning, capacity planning, demand forecasting, or S&OP experience in healthcare, logistics, or manufacturing sectorsPreferred: Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or pharmacy Responsibilities Transform complex, multi-source operational data into reliable planning inputs for decision-makingCollaborate with operations, finance, and leadership teams to understand their data needs and translate them into effective solutionsDesign and develop data pipelines, models, and tools that facilitate self-service analytics and real-time insightsEstablish and monitor key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, capacity utilization, and cost per prescriptionBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and data products that enable operational leaders to make informed decisionsLead efforts to improve data quality, consistency, and governance across planning systemsContribute to the development of the data architecture and tooling infrastructure for workforce planningDecompose complex metrics to identify root causes and support continuous improvement initiativesStay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics and workforce planning Benefits Competitive salary range of $73,400 - $100,100 per year, with potential for bonuses based on performanceComprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement savings plan with company matchPaid time off, holidays, and paid parental and caregiver leaveShort-term and long-term disability insuranceLife insurance and additional wellness programsRemote work flexibility with necessary equipment provided by HumanaOpportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive environment Equal Opportunity Humana is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
