About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst specializing in Workforce Planning to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring optimal staffing levels and capacity planning for CenterWell Pharmacy’s operations. The primary objective is to develop and implement data-driven strategies that align workforce capacity with demand forecasts, thereby enhancing service levels, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency. You will be instrumental in building foundational data architecture, creating insightful dashboards, and partnering with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of workforce planning at CenterWell Pharmacy by establishing robust data systems and analytics frameworks from the ground up.
