The organization uses data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve the quality of information supporting decision-making and the administration of social and community services.About the OpportunityThe Data Analyst IV serves as a subject matter expert in data integrity, data extraction, analysis, and reporting for eligibility operations. This role conducts complex research, identifies trends and data quality issues, and develops data-driven solutions and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders. The position contributes directly to program performance by improving data accuracy, reliability, and usability.Responsibilities• Serve as the lead subject matter expert for data integrity and data extraction activities.• Conduct complex data analysis and research to identify patterns, trends, gaps, and anomalies.• Ensure data quality by implementing and improving data systems, processes, and strategies.• Identify and resolve data gaps, errors, redundancies, and inconsistencies.• Prepare detailed data reports and analytical findings for stakeholders and leadership.• Develop proof-of-concept data models to validate data quality and analytical approaches.• Translate business requirements into performance measures, reports, and data visualizations.• Assist with software and application development used to track and analyze statistical data.• Provide data-driven recommendations to support program performance and operational improvements.• Mentor and train internal staff on data analysis, quality, and reporting practices.• Perform work with moderate independence under general supervision.Requirements• Experience performing detailed data analysis and data quality assurance.• Ability to analyze complex data structures, systems, and content.• Strong understanding of business requirements and their application to data reporting.• Experience with database management and data system implementation.• Ability to develop applications, scripts, or programming solutions for data tracking and analysis.• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Strong mentoring and training abilities.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Monthly salary range: $5,425.33–$8,886.16.Benefits & Perks• 100% employer-paid employee health insurance for eligible full-time employees.• Defined benefit pension plan.• Generous paid time off benefits.• Career advancement and professional development opportunities.
