About the role

The Senior Clinical Data Analyst at DeepHealth plays a pivotal role in executing and managing complex clinical imaging datasets across multiple studies. This professional-level position requires an individual with comprehensive scientific knowledge and a proactive approach to clinical data collection, management, quality assessment, and documentation. The Senior Clinical Data Analyst independently oversees the entire lifecycle of clinical imaging data, from planning and collection to analysis and reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards such as GCP, FDA regulations, HIPAA, and internal SOPs. The role involves close collaboration with radiologists and cross-functional teams to establish ground truth standards, resolve data discrepancies, and optimize workflows to enhance data integrity and operational efficiency. The analyst is expected to support data interpretation, develop scientific documentation, and contribute to study results, all while maintaining high standards of compliance, confidentiality, and quality. Responsibilities

• Independently execute assigned components of clinical studies, managing activities from planning through completion
• Oversee the collection, maintenance, and quality assurance of medical imaging data and clinical information from multiple sites
• Develop and implement image collection procedures and protocols in compliance with SOPs, GCP, FDA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations
• Collaborate with radiologists and cross-functional teams to establish and maintain ground truth standards for imaging studies
• Assess image data for quality and protocol adherence, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate databases and tracking systems
• Support data analysis efforts and contribute to the interpretation of study results
• Prepare detailed study documentation, technical reports, and scientific materials independently
• Build and nurture productive working relationships across internal teams and departments
• Provide regular updates on data collection activities, identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement workflow enhancements
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, data privacy, and ethical standards
• Apply scientific judgment and evaluation to independently resolve complex problems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience
• Strong knowledge of clinical research principles and data analysis methods
• Proficiency in scientific computing, data analysis tools, and programming languages
• Experience working with real-world healthcare data, especially imaging (DICOM) data
• Understanding of statistical methods and their practical application
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of regulatory standards including GCP, FDA regulations, HIPAA, and SOPs
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
