Description
Purpose Statement
Prepares analytics and insights across departments as well as provides operational efficiency and optimization within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates and supports the Data Analytics strategy.
- Determines customer requirements and translate requirements into reports for analysis.
- Provides analysis and tracking of data through ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis, and partnership to share insights and ensure understanding within the business.
- Uses data to highlight key organization trends and collaborate with businesses to identify causes, costs and potential interventions/solutions.
- Participates in periodic audits and analyses to ensure accuracy, optimization of systems and reporting as well as new analytic opportunities.
Quality System Requirements
- In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Required Experience
- 3 - 5 Years with a BA degree; 1 - 3 Years with an MBA
- Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.)
- Data Visualization and Business Intelligence (BI)/Dashboarding Tools
- Experience with Databases and Big Data Technologies
- Communication/Collaboration and Presentation Skills
